Angel Assistance Care is a registered NDIS provider founded by two Registered Nurses. From everyday personal care to complex, high-intensity supports, we bring clinical know-how and genuine warmth to every visit across Melton and Melbourne’s western suburbs.
Who we are
Angel Assistance Care was founded by two Registered Nurses who believe disability support should be both clinically safe and genuinely personal. As a registered NDIS provider, we support people with disability across Melton, Melbourne’s western suburbs and Greater Melbourne.
Everything starts with getting to know you: your goals, your routines and the things that matter most. Then we shape support around your life, with nurses guiding the clinical side so you and your family can feel confident.
More about usOur directors are Registered Nurses, so clinical thinking guides every support we plan and deliver.
You set the goals; we shape the support around your preferences, routines and culture.
Nurse oversight lets us deliver high-intensity supports, like PEG feeding and complex wound care, safely at home.
We live and work in Melbourne’s west, so support comes from people nearby, not a distant head office.

Learn moreHow we work
Four easy steps from first hello to ongoing support, at your pace, with no pressure at any point.
Call, email or send our referral form: participants, families, support coordinators and LACs are all welcome. There’s no cost and no obligation; we simply listen and answer your questions.
We arrange a relaxed meeting at your home or somewhere you feel comfortable. A Registered Nurse is involved in planning your supports, so clinical needs are understood from day one.
We match you with support workers who suit your needs, personality and routine. You always have a say in who supports you and how.
We check in regularly and adjust your supports as your goals and circumstances change. Your feedback shapes everything we do.
Why choose us
Because our founders are Registered Nurses, clinical thinking is built into everything we do, not bolted on. That means safe, confident support for people with complex needs, and calmer days for the families who love them.
Person-centred care
Good support should feel like your life, only easier. We take time to learn what a good day looks like for you, then organise support that fits: at home, out in your community, and everywhere in between.
