Feedback & complaints

We welcome every compliment, suggestion and complaint. Each one helps us do better. Tell us what’s working well, and tell us just as honestly what isn’t.

Your feedback is safe with us

Speaking up about your supports takes trust, and we don’t take that lightly. Making a complaint (about anything, at any time) will never affect the supports you receive from us. Not the hours, not the workers, not the way we treat you.

You can stay anonymous if you prefer. The form below works without a name or contact details, and we’ll still read and act on what you share. If you do leave your details, we’ll only use them to follow up with you about your feedback.

You’re also welcome to have someone alongside you: a family member, friend, advocate or support person can raise a concern with us on your behalf, or sit with you while you do.

When you make a complaint, we’ll acknowledge it promptly, look into it properly, and keep you informed of the outcome. If something has gone wrong, we want to fix it, and to change how we work so it doesn’t happen again.

Other ways to raise a concern

The form below is one option, but never the only one. Choose whichever path feels most comfortable.

Talk to us directly

Sometimes it’s easier to just say it. You can raise anything with any member of our team, or reach us directly:

Or use the feedback form below, anonymously if you like.

NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission

You can always contact the NDIS Commission directly. You don’t need to speak with us first. The Commission is free, independent, and complaints can be made anonymously.

Share your feedback

Compliment, complaint, suggestion or something else. We read every word. Your name and contact details are optional.

We’re here to listen

Whatever you’d like to share, we’re glad you told us. And if it’s easier to talk than to write, give us a call. We’ll make the time.
