Community nursing

About this support

Not every health need should mean a trip to a clinic. Community nursing brings Registered Nurse care to you, at home, where you are most comfortable, so disability-related health needs are looked after without disrupting your week.

Our nurses take the time to explain what they are doing and why, in plain language. They keep an eye on the whole picture, not just the task in front of them, and they share what they observe with you and, with your consent, with your treating team, so small issues are caught before they become big ones.

The nurse-led difference

Community nursing sits at the heart of what we do. Because our directors are Registered Nurses, clinical governance is not outsourced or bolted on. The people who set our standards are the same people accountable for your care. Every nursing support is documented, reviewed and delivered to professional standards.
