About this support

Some things are simply better together. Group activities offer the best of both worlds: the support you need, plus the company, laughter and friendship that come from doing things alongside others, often at a lower cost than one-to-one support, because it is shared.

Groups are kept small and welcoming, planned around what members actually enjoy rather than a fixed program. For many people, the friendships formed in a group become one of the most valuable supports of all, the kind that keep going long after the activity ends.

The nurse-led difference

Group support is planned with the same clinical care as one-to-one support. Where members have mealtime plans, medication needs or health considerations, our nursing team makes sure the group’s staffing and planning account for them, quietly, without singling anyone out.
