Accessibility statement
We want every person to be able to read, navigate and use this website, whatever technology you use and however you browse. Here is what we have built in, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
Our commitment
Accessibility is not an add-on for us. It is core to who we serve. Angel Assistance Care supports people with disability every day, so an inaccessible website would fail the very people this site exists for. We treat accessibility barriers the way we treat any other fault: as bugs to be fixed, not as feedback to be filed away.
That commitment covers the whole experience: reading our pages, filling in our forms, and getting information from us in a format that works for you.
What we've built in
This website was designed and built with accessibility in mind from the start. It includes:
- A target of WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the whole site.
- Full keyboard operability, including the menus, dialogs and the testimonial carousel.
- Visible focus indicators, so you can always see where you are on the page.
- A skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
- Semantic landmarks and a logical heading structure for screen reader navigation.
- Colour contrast that meets the AA standard.
- Alternative text on images.
- Labelled forms with clear error messages that are announced to screen readers.
- Animations that respect your reduced-motion setting. If your device asks for less movement, we honour it.
- Carousels you can pause, and nothing that auto-plays with sound.
- On-page options for larger text and higher contrast.
Known limitations
No website is perfect, and we would rather be honest about what still needs work than claim otherwise.

Tell us about a barrier
If anything on this site is hard to use (a page you can't read, a form you can't complete, a control that doesn't work with your assistive technology), please tell us. You can contact us or use our feedback form. We prioritise accessibility fixes, and hearing about a barrier directly from you is the fastest way to get it resolved.
If you raise an accessibility concern with us and feel it hasn't been resolved, you also have the right to make a complaint to the Australian Human Rights Commission at humanrights.gov.au.
Standards & review
This website was developed against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We review accessibility whenever the site changes, so new content and features are held to the same standard as the rest of the site.
