Who we are
This website is operated by Angel Assistance Care Pty Ltd (ABN 12 679 704 020), trading as Angel Assistance Care, a registered NDIS provider (Registration ID 4-K2GRL7O) supporting people with disability across Melton, Melbourne’s western suburbs and Greater Melbourne, Victoria.
Information only, not advice
Everything on this site is general information. It isn’t medical, clinical or NDIS-planning advice, and it isn’t a substitute for it. Everyone’s situation is different. Before making decisions about your supports, health or NDIS plan, please talk to us, your planner, your support coordinator or a qualified health professional about your own circumstances.

We do our best to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise it’s always complete or current. NDIS rules and arrangements change from time to time. If something looks out of date, we’d genuinely like to know so we can fix it.
